We are a friendly local band based in Ingatestone, Essex.

The Britannia Pipe Band was formed in 2013  by Pipe Major Michael Heaslip, to promote and teach the bagpipes and drums to all, and share the joy of pipe band music.

We wear the Nicholson Hunting (Muted) Tartan.
